St Peter Catholic Church
Built in 1710 by the Protuguese. It has a one-of-a-kind life-size alabaster statue of Lord Jesus before the Resurrection, which makes the church an important meeting place for the Catholics in the country. The church also contains a bell in the belfry dating back to 1608, which was brought from Goa, India. It is the oldest Roman Catholic Church in Malaysia.
Tan Beng Swee Clock Tower
The Tan Beng Swee Clock Tower was built by the third generation of a Chinese philantrophic millionaire family. Although named after Tan Beng Swee, it was in fact built by his son Tan Jiak Kim, to fulfill his father"s wish. Tan Beng Swee, was the son of Tan Kim Seng who donated both the bridge adjacent to the clock tower and land for the Chinese cemetery.
Porta De Santiago (A"Famosa)
The hallmark of Melaka and perhaps the most photographed subject next to the Stadthuys. Built by the Portuguese in 1511 as a fortress, it sustained severe structural damage during the Dutch invasion. The Dutch had set to destroy it but timely intervention by Sir Stamford Raffles in 1808 saved what remains of A’Famosa today.
Cheng Hoon Teng Temple
Founded in the 1600s by the Chinese Kapitan Tay Kie Ki alias Tay Hong Yong. During the Portuguese and Dutch eras, Kapitans were appointed chiefs or headmen of the various ethnic communities.
Melaka Christ Church
Constructed in 1753 from pink bricks brought from Holland. Started off as a Dutch Reformed Church, but the Brits came through and converted it to an Anglican Church and added a bell tower.
Melaka Eye
Located opposite the old Cathay Cinema and on the former Express Bus terminal, Melaka Eye will be another added tourist attraction.

Intricate Cheng Hoon Teng Temple Roof
Cheng Hoon Teng"s roof profile differs from that of other buildings in Malacca. Its tiles are of three different sizes, their pattern following a Yin-Yang configuration.
